Its a social networking/blogging website where you can make posts, include gifs/video/audio/etc within them. You have followers and stuff and you can like posts by yourself and others. You can reblog things to which reposts the same thing someone else posted if you find it funny/want to reply to them/spread some sort of message.

Its fun but only fun if you have a decent set of people to follow imo.
