Don't get me wrong I think it's absoloutely beguiling that you have the full connective prowess of being able to have the full TiBB experience in the bath or on the beach I just naturally find it a little unorthodox that's all. It's a keen old place and all but I wouldn't take it beyond the confines of itself.

I don't think there's anything unorthodox about knowing some members for 3/4 years and sharing a couple of texts from time to time - it's no different to having them on MSN, Twitter or Facebook. It's not like we spend hours on the phone sharing memories about the Razzies - we just happen to discuss our personal lives quite often and I consider them friends.

I can understand friendships forming over time, people swopping email addresses, and then taking that a step further to passing phone numbers - but I think there has to be a certain degree of safety involved as well as commonsense.

Much of that can only come from building up rapport / and trust. (which to be fair on 'both sides' .., I've seen trusting friendships build - and have also seen those who are meant to be 'best buddies' going around stabbing each other in the back, on the flip of a coin).
