Peter Andre: The Next Chapter gave us more insight into the sycophantic entourage and profligate spending of a D-lister.

The latest update on Peter Andre's life opened with the narrator saying: 'Tonight, Pete and his brother are cooking dinner for homeless people.' This pretty much set the tone for the programme.
Needless to say, Pete really 'felt the energy' of the homeless shelter. He feels a real connection to homeless people you see, because he once saw one of them in LA.
If you're sleeping rough, you've probably got enough problems without Peter bloody Andre showing up with his film crew so he can rant about 'positivity' for a few hours.
Perhaps it would be easier to swallow Andre's act if he didn't go on to use the same stock phrases about 'feeling the energy' to describe a night out in Brentford with the cast of The Only Way Is Essex.
The rest of the programme followed Pete spending time with his children, exercising with his personal trainer and - best of all - trying to create 'acoustic soul music'.
Is it a lifestyle we're supposed to aspire to, or is the whole point of the show to provide comedy value for viewers? It's hard to tell, but either way it's bad TV.
Regrettably, there are many (mostly very young) aspirants to the Andre/Price media-funded shallow and pointless " lifestyle" ..... :sad:
