My home cooked Biriyani cooked for 5 hrs in a very large pan,with Saffron and other delicate spices, I remember when I was in India the Biriyanis are so differnt there, ummm, delicious they cook the lamb (mutton) infused with the basmati rice with bones so it has a unique flavour served with flatbreads and other Indian condiments.:tongue::tongue:
