I think Alan knows that Jim is a good character for the show.

And that's really cool that Helen got the record, she has been very luck to be honest though, as some of the result have been very close.

Is it just me who feels she's been a bit lucky? Of course it could be due to the editing she's not been involved much before but she's started to feature more and tbh i'm neutral on her.

I'd be happy for her but she seems to have just gone under the radar in her group until recently.

I haven't noticed her doing anything specific to win that the others aren't.

Good record but she isn't a particularly memorable candidate to me. I think on a few occasions she has got lucky because you don't know if your team will win but on some she did perform well and does have a impressive range of skills.

I would even rank a few of last years crew better than her:p.

She don't, other candidates have acheived things like that but Lord Sugar of course looks at the bigger picture and takes everything into consideration...

If it was in the final and it was based overall then yes she would but not based on one task before it;).

Who needs to task risks when she knows pretty much exactly what the tasks are looking for? Her sales have been amazing, she can be bland if she can brand.

Shes not even dull. Seems fun to me and just doesnt get herself into arguments.
Business is nothing to do with causing drama amongst colleagues.
