My design for a new TIBB FORUM

Personally I think the current Layout-design IS FUGLY.
I think we could do with removing a few unneccesary design flaws and adding some new Features.

If you go down to the bottom of the main forum page you can change the skin you use, I dont know why the Xmas one minus the snowman is the default one

or you can change it in user cp so you can set you own personal default theme

But you havent really changed any of the layout design apart from making the text huge and using another logo, the front page already has the latest news about bb so having it above the forum also would make the page look too messy imo.

I moved the index from the top of the page to were it says "ThisisBigBrother.com - UK TV Forums"

And I also moved the index with all the main links "home,forum,gallery etc to under the banner

You are assuming that the admin staff know how to design and put together skins for the forums. In lots of cases you simply download a pre designed skin and insert the location on your host server where you downloaded it to, everything else is done for you.

Lots of php forum programs have the ability to edit pre downloaded skins or even make your own skins, however its a very complex and time consuming job for some people.
