I would say about 50% of her vocals are live

I don't even like her that much but she's genuinly a bit of a batty coke head who loves weird fashion and drawing attention to herself. That's not an invention of the music label. They market it heavily and encourage it sure but Lady GaGa is her invention. Just like the songs are and quite a lot of the video content and live show ideas are.

By that alone regardless of how good those ideas are she is far more original than Britney ****ing Spears who hasn't had an original development since her foetal days. Most of the people I encounter who think she is still amazing are the type of people who find it amazing when it gets dark at night.
