I want them to proper big up the scary, voyeuristic feel of it.

They did that here (http://www.ninjacloak.com/index.php/1000110A/ebbe62b0a4f1cd8d061ef5f97ad3d735612df180994c67ef9b d42ecee14369040ce0389d7c835aed0918794cd96dbf23455a 58a4d18c8304be641258ecd443d6346c4885ddc43d9ff39665 17610). (If that link doesn't work, follow these instructions:)

Yeah defo.
Back in the day Big Brother meant business and the housemates respected that
Patrick

Yes agree.
Aslong as they don't do the whole 'EVIL MOFO' thing again - it's boring as ****** now.

"This is Big Brother, we will not take any of your sh!t so unless you wanna be out on your arse aswell FOLLOW BIG BROTHERS RULES!......bIG bROTHER IS ALLWAYS WATCHING YOU"

This, the original concepts need to be put back into full gear.
Big Bro is ALWAYS watching and NO CONTACT at all.

Damn right!
I hope this series is more stripped back & like the originals like BB1,2,3

I know everyone thinks the 'evil' theme is overdone but tbh BB should never have not been evil.
It's lost the dominance it once had by becoming too lenient.

It should be strict by all means.
Just not the way it was in BB5/BB9 - honestly.
No actually, BB9 was strict in a sense it was Zero Tolerance so actually I hope they do what they did in BB9 - that was spot on.
But BB5, It was amazing then but they always say every year since then 'BIG BROTHER IS BACK AND HE'S MORE EVIL THAN EVER!'
And it's like '..No he's not.'

That's exactly what it needs!
BB11 had the big tasks of BBs 5-6, the stylish house of later years and the normal people of BBs 1-4 but it still lacked the authoritarian hold of oldschool BB.

Yep Big Brother needs to be really cold and strict. I want him to be so strict it's against the rules to talk over him.
Should also always be a cold, monotoned male voice.

I used to like the strict womanly voices too lol

Male voices are always better.
The Woman Big Brothers have no idea what they're doing. :bored:
I remember the Indian Woman who was dealing with Marcus in BB10 when he and Sree had their 'Race' row in the garden and she called him in.
And Marcus was making A MILLION fantastic points that spoke for:
1. How pathetic Channel 4 were being.
2. How pathetic Ofcom would be.
3. How pathetic CBB5 was.
4. How pathetic Sree was.
5. How pathetic the production was.
He won the nation's hearts over that day, I'll never forget it.
But - the woman Big Brother kept shouting at him and fighting back and you could tell she was about to go nuts because she was Indian herself rofl so they switched her with a British voice.

Also a HILARIOUS moment of Big Brother 5 was when Victor and Jason started flirting individually with the female Big Brothers.
And Jason was like chatting her up one time and was all, 'Ohh nice Scottish accent there babe, so what do you say I take you down town for abit to eat and maybe later we can, you know..'
And then out of the blue the producers changed from a female voice to a man Big Brother and they were like 'If There's Nothing Else Jason..' and his face was priceless.

LMAO do you remember Anthony's date with BB in BB6? When that sexy woman voice called him to the diary room but when he sat down it was that campy guy's voice throughout the whole date. "Oh Anthony!" :D

Big Brother voice needs to be robotic and heartless. If they need 'someone to talk to' they should either see the psychologist or not come on the show.

But the poitn of the DR is for the HMs to pour out their hearts and souls and a place for consolation as well as being talked down to. In BBs 1-4 (particularly BB1 and 2) the 'character' of BB was pretty robotic and stern but was always there to suggest advice and help HMs when they were feeling down.
BB5 was when BB became harsher, evil and jokey (Stu's hat!) but still managed to comfort HMs when they really got wound up and distressed. BB6 onwards is when BB was more light-hearted and quite contradictory

I love that awkward moment when a crying bitch like Shell comes into the Diary Room like :bawling::bawling: and sits down and starts bawling.
And after about a minute of silence - Big Brother is just like;
'...Take all the time you need Shabaz :)'
I bet the voice behind it is like sitting with their legs up reading a magazine or something and doesn't GAF about them.

This.
BB5 got it right.
Big Brother was a right ***** but was still a decent bloke.

:joker::joker::joker::joker::joker::joker:
The Scottish Big Brother was a legend though - the one every one got along with, he was there since like BB7.
I love when the housemates start naming the voices like 'Sally' 'Sharon' 'Rachel'. :joker:
And then from watching Live Feed non-stop all Summer you then by the end of August know who they were talking to in the Diary Room even though you didn't see it.

Yeah but the whole point of a Diary Room is to open up in there.
How the hell are we going to know what they really feel if they're afraid to talk to us?
It could also be boring if he's too dry lol

LOL I always snigger when that happens. The voices probably did used to care but now they think "Oh here we go again. Skippy wants out again. He wants his mum again. Good Lord  "

It was on my old YouTube page lol I remember I uploaded it the following day after the HL show and everyone was commenting on how the voice changed because the girl was Indian or Pakistan or something.
And everyone was on Marcus' side.
Yeah same - they clearly edited parts of it out though you can hear where they edit loads of bits out.
:laugh2: at that BB7 part.

Strongly agree. I loved the idea and exploration and focus on that absolute lack of privacy and the 'awareness' and coping mechanism of the HMs,
and,
monitoring how the HMs eventually become accepting and even forget the cameras entirely.
But let BB be aware of it and keep us aware.
STRONGLY AGREE with the 'no contact' rules. This was one of the most interesting subplots. Zero contact means zero contact and I'd even like to see a time when they had no clocks or watches.
But NO CONTACT with the outside world in any way. No friends dropping by. No updates.
No breaking news about Micheal Jackson dying.

I agree, I do hope, as do it seems most on here, that they take on the format of the early series of BB and use more of that style of programming etc.
