32C/90F is a rare event for late-June. The normal times you would see that temp is in Late July to Early August.
And yes, 24C for Tuesday.

Live in it 24/7 365 days a year then try complaining and in 99% humidity.

North (Scotland) is due to be about 20 degrees. Gets hotter the further South you go from there (according to the weather reports anyhoo)

If you're going to be like that, you missed out *too ;)
I think anything in the 30's in high for the UK. I know London and the far south experience warmer climates that Scotland, but even at that - it does seem high temperature - in reality, I'm just jealous!

I don't think London will ever reach the high 30s. ;)

I think you will still feel the difference in temperature, especially without the high humidity levels you are used to in Singapore.
If it's still hot though, I reckon you'll miss the a/c (unless you're home here has it installed)

Unfortunately it does not. So I'm going to be definitely needing a fan this summer and I will miss the aircon so much.

Oh, right. Wow! But it's weird, that. 33 degrees celcius in the norm for this time of year in such places as Florida and Jamaica, and they don't have their roads melt! Perhaps British road just aren't built for hot weather.
Neither do I.

Oh, sorry! I was just agreeing with what you said. Should've made it clearer. :)

 It was actually 38 here in London back in '03. I was only 8 but I remember the heat and how everyone looked like they were gonna drop dead from it. :laugh2:
And yeah I don't think out roads are designed to cope with such extremes. They probably use a slightly different mixture of tarmac in hotter nations.
