But speaking to Metro.co.uk, they denied all talk of that particular reality TV show for the first time, and insisted they will not be entering the Australian jungle either.
Jedward – currently promoting their latest single Bad Behaviour – first decided to have some fun by hinting there was some truth behind the reports. Edward said: 'We're not denying it but we're not saying we have been approached. There are always rumours about this.
'Bad Behaviour has the initials BB and it doesn't just stand for Bad Behaviour...'
But sensing his brother's playful attitude, John swiftly confirmed: 'We're not doing either.'
It's a shame they won't be appearing on the show as they explained how they’ve already made friends with former BB star Imogen Thomas - another celebrity said to be in line to enter the Big Brother house when it returns to TV screens on Channel 5 this autumn.
