DS - the lack of all the graphics / avatars not taking up more than half or the majority of the members post - I prefer that - though I do like the more colourful side of things here as well.....

It has a far wider range of members and number of members posting - which gives it a wider range of discussions, but I can understand if some of the younger ones on tibbs aren't really impressed with DS which is absolutely fair enough.

Here is my case of evidence to prove that the ban I received was unfair:



1. You said that posting up to five messages in a row was a violation of the Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines and a general disruption to the site; I had never exceeded this limit, and, if you are in any doubt, feel free to check my post history.



2. You said I had been repeatedly told that doing so would subsequently revoke my posting privileges. You had only warned me about this once, which, as mentioned in my first point, I perceive to be very unfair. I have now discovered that this was the reason for you permanently banning me, since you sent me an email regarding this issue. When I was banned for this on numerous occasions, you had either never replied me or told me that I had to read the reply you had sent to my registered Sky Account, which I hadn't at all registered with, as you well know. Then, after my final and permanent ban, you told me that you had repeatedly warned me not to post so many messages in a row, which we both know is a complete, utter and blatant lie.



3. You said that posting pointless messages, such as "bump", will not be tolerated: not only had you never warned me about this, and, once again, feel free to check the messages you had sent me, but I see posters doing this all the time, sometimes posting up to six messages in a row, all made up by the single word "bump", and, once again, check one of the links I have sent you in one of the many messages I have sent you regarding this issue.

TiBB's my favourite, hence being here for so long :tongue: though for a while it was my 3rd favourite; the other two were based on a series of books aimed at young teenagers though so naturally outgrew them/activity died.
