With Big Brother supposedly returning to its roots, would you like to chickens to return? They removed the for BB5 when they had the evil twist, but never brought them back. I think it'd be a nice addition and I'm surprised they haven't been seen again before now.

No bigger and better, let them look after elephants.

It's a bit bland, just watching them talking to them or feeding them, perhaps another animal maybe?

Yes! It's about clucking time! Back when the chickens were about the only gimmicky thing about BB before all these houses next door, 'inside out themes', secret washign machines and evil bathroom chests of drawers.
Or if not chickens they should have another sort of pet to keep them amused e.g. a peacock or some funky looking goldfish

Yes bring them back the only thing against it would be that they were always sick

Did you watch Darren BB1, Alex BB3 or Les Dennis? I didn't even know Darren had a phobia of chickens til I watched one of the BB1 eps Dan uploaded and the Less Dennis thing was kinda sad but funny at the same time cos it was during his split from Amanda Holden.
It's just interesting to see which ones get on more with animals than their own fellow HMs and what their relationships with the pets really say about them. Plus live feed was more interesting when the chickens were up but the HMs were still sleeping

no, get them a dog
They wouldn't be allowed a dog for the whole duration because it'd be unfair and cooped up. That's why Paddy the dog was only in BB2 for about 2 days and Ziggy's dog was only allowed in BB8 for about an hour.
I remember one of the BB1 producers originally wanted the HMs to have a pet goat and there was the rumour that BB4 was gonna have a pet pig :)

It was one of the original fundamental rules Endemol insisted upon for all the BB houses all over the world, that they have some form of animal to look after. I remember the different houses in different countries had different pets. I don't know why that rule was changed. Certainly in this country the chickens always became ill.

They won't return, they got rid of them because the housemates didn't look after them properly.

They are in there to live it up, so animals and veg will not be high on their list.

id say no it dosnt add anything to the show and id rather the show be about the housemates and their interaction with each other. Adding animals just gives them an excuse not to interact. Plus they do end up getting neglected, especially when there are tasks/dramas going on inside the house
