KATIE Price was "appalled" last night after learning her great uncle is a child molester. The glamour model's relative Christopher Price groped a teenager he befriended on a seafront.

A court heard he took the boy, who has learning difficulties, for a drive and fondled him on the beach at Eastbourne, East Sussex.

School bus driver Price, 63, was convicted of abduction and sexual activity with a boy under 16 at Lewes Crown Court but was spared jail. A judge who said his actions were "an aberration" gave him a community order instead.

Last night Katie, who is also known as Jordan, was said to be shocked by the case. Her spokesman said: "Any action that harms any child is something Katie finds abhorrent."

Dad-of-two Price is the uncle of mum-of-three Katie's adoptive dad Paul Price.

Katie told in her autobiography how she was sexually assaulted in a park when she was six and has spoken in the past about her hatred of abusers.
