This year's Apprentice winner will be either Tom or Jim.
Who do you prefer?

There is no chance of Lord Sugar employing Susan, Natasha or Helen.:wavey:

Out of the two, Jim for certain. Tom is the weakest candidate left in terms of managing a team - something that the winner will have to do.

Tom. Without a doubt. He's hot
But I think it will be a Helen V Susan final with Susan winning

Tom is awful. Jim is really good, out of theese Jim, however Susans my favourite followed by Jim.
1) Susan
2) Jim
3) Natasha
4) Helen
5) Tom

Lord Sugar clearly doesn't like Helen or Natasha. Natasha will go next week - the final line-up will be:
1. Tom
2. Jim
3. Susan
4. Helen

Tom is awful! He never stands up for himself and Jim is a bit arrogant. I think Helen can win

The ones I wanted have all been fired, of the 2 above in the poll, I go for Jim though.

I prefer Tom but Jim is more likely to win.

Tom but I wouldnt mind.
Loved Jim to start with, he was an excellent candidate, then he became obnoxious and quite crap but hes climbing back up again (this does show inconsistance though!)

Helen's defo gonna make the final.

Helen's defo gonna make the final.
I think that's a definite. He'd be silly to fire her after only losing 1 task and bringing in all of those massive records to the boardroom.

Yeah, but I have this weird feeling it's gonna be her VS Tom, and Tom ends up winning. :suspect:
Perhaps because just because he lost loads doesn't mean he isn't very good, even though I hate him.

Even if she doesn't win, she'll be there - he owes her that much. It depends whether he wants to play it safe or take a risk. He needs to remember that the person he chooses is going to be on the same level as him within the business. With an apprentice he only has to see them now and again but with a business partner he needs to make sure that he's in contact with the winner on a constant basis and I feel that he'll probably end up choosing someone who not only has a great business mind, but who he can also hold a conversation with and takes a personal liking to. I think that rules Natasha out immediately.
