Ever get that feeling: that 'something' isn't quite right, a strange feeling - not quite a headache, not quite sinuses, but a sensation of pressure .... that if you had a nose bleed - it would clear out whatever is going on?

Just realised how insane that sounds.

Sometimes, usually when my hayfever gets really bad (every summer practically!). It's probably your sinuses blocking up and causing a lot of pressure... have you tried nasal spray?

Auld lung is easing up (though I spent time at home today which I should have been doing before), thanks Happy.

wonder if it is just sinuses related - oh....hang on, now you've mentioned that. I was given anti inflammatories: and they are finished from yesterday. I bet that's what it is -the nasal passages/tissues getting back to normal maybe.

Good shout there!
