Cigar smokers?

Anybody else smoke cigars here?

I had my first at Christmas and I fell in love and I've just bought another today as a little treat for myself!

BTW I'm not a cigarette smoker and never have been!

There nice but there not really my thing. Being a pre existing smoker before I smoked cigars I'm not too into the whole smoking something withoug actually inhaling and getting anything off it.

I know loads of people who smoke just cigars though. I can see why. Cool stuff, and you can put on a Cuban accent for awhile.

They smell lovely, too. Much better than processed cigarettes though not as nice as rollies/ganja.

I had a hand rolled Cuban cigar on Sunday.. enjoyed the first few puffs and then went off it. it was so big I kinda felt rude sucking it. :blush2:

Generally you don't inhale cigar smoke. I think it's different tobacco too. They taste different to cigarettes.

No, your not meant to inhale cigar smoke, just circulate it in your mouth and get the taste.

That's why as a smoker already I'd find it hard to smoke them. It's like smoking a cigarette but not inhaling.

I've never smoked one but one of my Brothers always does and I really love the smell of them when he does.

You don't inhale them because the basic thinking is 1 cigar = 1 pack of cigarettes in nicotine amount so it gives you nausea, headaches, vomiting etc if inhaled. It's like lighting up a whole pack of fags and smoking them at once basically, ouch...

I detest the smell of them. When I was a kid and my uncle used to pop over to visit he smoked them and every single time I got a stomach ache from the smell. Very bizarre. They literally make me feel ill
