I'd so love to be a nurse or doctor but am way too squeamish and emotional
Could you fight crime? Fires? Save lives? Or want to? Or too much stress and hassle?

Yes, I would love,if all else fails to be in one of the emergency services, not the Police though, but Hospitals or Fire service certainly.

Would quite like to be a fire man or a policeman (only one in the field though, not one that just sits in the office)

I'd love to just sit in the back of the ambulance/police car and watch, just because I'm nosey... Not sure I could handle the stress of drunken idiots though

I wanted to be in the police for ages but my parents talked me out of it....

I couldn't do it... but I'm so glad there are people out there who can. And we don't pay them nearly enough.

I don't see why not. It's a serious question

I'd love to be the one that saves lives, but I don't think I'm the type to do it.

would you be able to see people who have practically been cut in half from a car accident?

I'm hoping in the future I can help people somehow. Maybe counselling or even volunteer for the Samiritans or something but I need to toughen up

If I was fit enough I wouldn't mind being a fireman. Dangerous but I imagine the feeling of saving people and the adrenaline rush would be amazing.

How is it living with someone who does so? (if you'll excuse my nosiness!)

No. I can't even watch real medical stuff on TV. Some of the things they must see...eek. Plus I don't like seeing children in pain so that would be too upsetting.
Definitely couldn't be a doctor or anything like that, being a fireman doesn't really appeal to me that much either tbh. If I had to work for the police I'd prefer it be as a detective but in this country you have to have actually been a uniformed officer first I think & I wouldn't really want to do that
