I really like the original - it's funny, but heard mixed reports of the sequel.

I heard the sequel was pretty bad - they just went down the violence route rather than the message/shock route (which I guess is impossible to replicate in a sequel)

It's terrible and nonsensical.

'Hi kids, we're gonna send you off to fight some terrorists but for no logical reason we're gonna put you into tag teams and you'll be forced to wear explosive collars that'll go off when your teammate dies....yes i'm not sure why we did this either'

It's just laughable, there's no logic, reason or rhyme to it. there's a hilariously cheesy bit with a man doing a rugby dive onto a bomb of sorts if i remember correctly though. Seriously though save your time and beloved memories of the original and forget the sequel exists.

Well I saw the first BR film years ago and bought the dvd.

But Ive always avoided the sequel so not to spoil my love of it. No point watching an inferior rehash.
