So some things have been happening recently that make me think the world is shrinking all the time and that eventually I'm going to be next door neighbours with Omah, and I'll be running a coffee shop with Jords and Niamh in about a year.
1) I was in the airport in Corfu on the way home from my holiday when I bumped into my cousin for the first time in four years.
2) Shaun posted a link to a Facebook group he made back in 2008 on my wall - my flatmate had commented on the group's wall back in 2008 by complete coincidence - before I'd ever met him or knew Shaun particularly well.
3) There's a Facebook group I'm a member of for language assistants in Germany next year - I'm moving to Essen and said so on the wall, a couple of people commented on it saying they were going to be in Essen too. One of these people is a girl who has Ash (from TiBB) as a mutual friend on Facebook. Weirder still, it turns out she's teaching in a school on THE SAME STREET as my one. I am going to become real life friends with someone who knows a (former) TiBB member. I've yet to speak to Ash about it, but can you imagine that conversation when we meet in person? "Oh how do you know Ash?" "Well, I post on a Big Brother forum..." "Never speak to me again." Haha.
4) A (former) friend from school who also goes to the university I go to lived in a flat with someone who knows Billy in real life, for two years, when I realised this I removed Billy as a Facebook friend to avoid that awkward conversation but apparently she'd already asked my friend about it, I was like UUHHH RANDOM ADD :| hahahaha.
Any day now I swear I'm going to bump into one of you, somewhere...
