Stop drinking so much.
Didn't we go through a very similar thread last week about the same very same subject... how bad you feel after drinking so much.

my sister says the only way to prevent a hangover is to carry on drinking
The liver needs a huge amount of water to metabolise the alcohol in your bloodstream and so nicks all the water from your body causing your brain to swell and ache. You should drink loads of water when your doing you're boozing.
Drink loads right now. Just constantly refill the glass. Energy drinks are good too. The really strong ones with retarded, over the top names that hipster twats think are like well hardcore and akin to doing amphetamine in a can.

apparently, drinking Dyoralyte helps, cos it rehydrates you, have never tried it though, Borocca is good too and a big greasy fry

I'm thinking of maybe having an egg and bacon sandwich but I'm supposed to be on a diet. weighing up pros and cons!
You know booze has serious calories right? Just because it's a drink doesn't mean it won't make you fat.

your diet is out of the window anyway if you have a hangover
you probably drank over a 1000 calories last night.
Coffee.... bread... water (plenty) oh and greasy food when you can muster the courage to eat it.
Or alternatively drink lots of water before bed with takeaway food hehe <3

Yes...but the OP smokes though, and from one smoker to another, that helps me make an informed post.
And you are right.. filthy habit, but hey: **** happens.

Flat cola sipped
Fresh air
Depends on the kind of hangover. Sicky ones you just have to ride out. Groggy heads take flat cola, fresh air and food (though don't go too heavy - you'll just fall asleep - or puke)

I usually try to make myself sick, drink like 5 glasses of water and take 2-4 paracetamol (or 2 ibuprofen)

No point in us continually commenting - you've probably fully recovered from your hangover. :D
Next time, either don't get drunk to a degree of developing a hangover, or read some of these brilliant posts. :D

You can, yes. I never knew it was possible until I actually experienced it one or two weeks ago. It's less painful than vomiting food, I'd say, but more vomit comes out.
I'd advise the user to take gentle sips of hot water, with a hint of salt thrown in.

Ice water. Drink it and fill it up until all the ice has melted. Always does the trick for me. I call it the "piss the pain away" method. ;)
(DISCLAIMER: Do not go on any long road-trips immediately after this method)
