Hi all! :wavey:

I need some advice please, i dont use e-bay so am not sure about the following......:conf:

I have just watched the American series "pretty little liars" on sky catch up warner tv. it was good:hugesmile: and i really got into it. It only has 6 episodes on catch up however the american box set has 22 ( i think) on the first series!

Can i buy from the american e-bay where it says the price in $$ or not? can they convert the money if i paid by card etc?

I cant seem to find the series in any "british" shops etc:bawling:

Thanks guys!

Make sure they will ship to the UK and be wary of the charges.

I can't swear on it, but I'm sure you will be charged in USD if buying from the american site, and your card will be charged appropriately. you don't need to worry about doing any coversion (other than checking currency rate to see how much you woudl be paying in £'s).

Credit card is better if anything goes wrong.. but even better: if you can have Paypal a/c and the seller has that as a payment option.

I wouldn't suggest buying before you try something out..... if it's a regular DVD player, most can be reset with an international pin code: allowing all formats to be played (I found the code for mine online years ago)... took 15 seconds to set up. Now it doesn't matter which format I buy: it works.

Comes in handy with this type of thing! Just some useless info you might find handy!!
