I won't sod off, i've put spoiler in the title and some people like reading spoilers. I'll be watching too. Not my fault the show is filmed a year before and leaks about who gets fired etc come out:rolleyes:.

I've seen the show already, it's Tom who wins with his wacky chair idea. Helen second. LS says he chose Tom becsuse he's a product man, but that Helen would have own if the prize was still a job

yes. It proves that he has the skills required...including getting access to a leading buyer of one of the biggest chains in the US and the UK, to get them to buy his products.

It's called showing you can be resourceful and succesful. And to boot...a hell of a decent, civil, respectfully nice man.

That's what the process means.

obivously it was someone in the audience of youre hired that leaked this because this was the order they were interviewed in, not fired in.

I cannot believe tom won, what the **** was the point in the past 3 months if hes just going to hire someone irrespective of how they did in the challenges
