Gretel was hilarious, I don't think she particular loved Big Brother but she was definitely a funny girl.

That's a bad clip, and it was a mutual agreement that she leaves. On the finale of BB08 they even had a video message from her.

The ratings were dropping (not because of Gretel) and they wanted to freshen the show up.

BIg brother edited a kiss with the gay farmer dude(David), and then she tried to embarass him (which was actually kind of homophobic of her to do) to make it seem like he might be gay, when clearly it was just a joke. She was a accusing him of being gay for kissing the gay guy, aqnd then when he said they edited it to make it seem more romantic than it was, she went ballistic on him, saying "how dare you accuse us of unfair editing!!"

How did he deserve that?

Australia's only homophobic issues are that there's no gay marriage, and in small country towns, they're very homophobic. Not to the extent is Australia homophobic that presenters would ridicule gay people.
