Hey trying to cut down on saturated fat, is there much fat in panninis,
I like cheese and onion in mine ( only two spoonfuls of cheese), for my tea had mushy peas ,chicken spring rolls and waffles. Diets are boring all you do is think about next meal.:bawling:
