How do I add funds to my iTunes?

I am being seriously stupid. I've never done it before, I got given a voucher when I got my iPhone and it's lasted me this long. Now I've ran out of funds.

How do I add more? :conf:

Buy a new Itunes card from various stores around, or link it up to your bank using the 'account' tab and you can edit your payment options from there. If you link it up to your bank though.. it doesn't come out automatically... it comes out in one big bulk every 3/4 days.

Buy a new itunes voucher or link your bank account to your itunes account and just get sent bills.

Bank is better cos you can just buy what you want without having some stupid amount like 68p and you can't afford something cos of the 1p.
