The worst Smell is one someone farts in a lift because the smell can't escape anywhere.. it just circles around suffocating you slowly as you pray your stop is coming up.. Went in some lift in Manchester a while back in some department store and some horrible fat bastard let the most honking rancid fart out ever.. i was nearly climbing the walls luckily he got out before me but the damage was already done by then

Yes they are linked. If you have a cold for example and can't breathe through your nose you can't taste anything. Some people have no sense of smell. Food must be so bland :(

Yep... see below. Haven't had them for years though. I've also tried Rose ice cream - and its the same: flavour is tastes like the smell of roses. It's weird.

Went to a house party a couple of weeks ago and someone whiteyed in this kid's summerhouse.

I offered to help my mate clean it out, but as soon as I opened the door and the smell hit me, I had to go away otherwise I'd have just contributed to the mess.
