From bbspy:
Skincare brand Freederm will continue to be the primary Big Brother sponsor for its first two series on Channel 5, it has been announced.

The deal was again secured by marketing agency Bray Leino, who will create several idents to run around episodes of Celebrity Big Brother, Big Brother and Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.

Freederm branding will feature on all marketing for the show, and the forthcoming Big Brother mobile apps. They will also be able to run in-store promotions and competitions for eviction tickets.

The company previously sponsored the final series of the show on Channel 4 last year.

Virginia Melis, Freederm brand manager, said: “Freederm is a brand that wants to be associated with fresh, modern and innovative partners. In Channel 5 and Big Brother we have achieved that objective.”

Nick Bampton, commercial sales director at Channel 5, added: “Big Brother is a unique fame-building property and in Freederm we have found a likeminded organisation that believes in the value of a broader partnership arrangement.”

Meanwhile, C5 has confirmed that their new Big Brother advert will premiere tonight at 9.55pm. It features a group of ex-housemates dancing and lip-syncing to ‘When Bruv Takes Over’, a BB-themed take on David Guetta and Kelly Rowland hit ‘When Love Takes Over’.

Sounds great, I've heard from somewhere else that they will be launching on all "major platforms" and that you will be able to purchase voting bundles and vote in real-time.

Ive also heard that C5 are desperately trying to get Demand5 on the iPad in time for the launch of CBB.

So, what do you think? Are you gonna embrace this new tech for Big Brother? Personally, I love it!! :elephant:

hey maybe eventually if they bring back live feeds u can view them from the app. I think BBUSA can let u do that on Android powered phones and via Browser for Iphones, Ipod touches, etc.

Are there any apps exclusive to either the iPad or iPod touch? Im pretty sure most apps are available on both. ITV Player is available on iPod touch so im sure Demand 5 will be too.

It's an app, not exactly groundbreaking. All they've done is gone back 10 years replacing video with text.

I'd say free for news updates and videos etc, with the opportunity to buy "packs" of votes to use throughout the series.

I'd also guess no to the Blackberry app. Blackberries are dead.
