Just noticed it's say's "Rogaine" in those pics. Definately said Regaine

Made me laugh. Surely if it was for real it'd be in hospitals and alsorts
Mind you, another a while back had me giggling too which was basically a spray which coloured in people heads so it didn't look bald

I think it sticks to short hair follicles and expands them or something. You can't use it if there aren't any hair follicles, on your palms for example, and it washes out so you look like a tool if it's raining.
I read about it in The Metro on the way to college once.
