Frankly I'd hate to see the ignorant old bigot on any show, ever.

Ugh so now I have to take sides between two irritants?

I don't actually care about Jim not being all PC. People have a right to hold different views and its foolish to suppress free thinking just because you don't like what you hear.

But I just don't find him funny.

He should not be in the house as his attitudes would make the whole house uncomfortable. It would make uncomfortable and unenjoyable viewing.

Brian would hold the upper hand though as he isn't going into the house and Davidson would be beholden to him for a decent interview.

Still not a nice position to put Brian in, though I have no doubt he'd handle it with class

No need to Nail him up.

Doing a play with black actors doesn't redeem him from a lifetime of ill-mannered bigotry in my eyes. I don't want to nail him up, I just don't want to watch him.

Oh I totally agree. It's a moot point anyway as with Brian as their chosen presenter they are never going to have Davidson in there. :)
