Just thought I'd mention here... I was lucky enough to get tickets for this concert last night in Glasgow.

He played the whole of his new album in the first half (after starting with Breathe and Time) - it really comes alive live.

Then some classic Pink Floyd stuff in the second half - loved it.

Everyone singing along to 'Shine on...' and Wish you were here'

Great singing and guitar work all night. Liked the light show as well.

Wish You Were Here is a stone cold classic.

Hes a great guitarist, though Im not so keen on his new album- its a bit too mellow for me.

My dad and older brother were there! They were both so high when they got back..

I think Pocketful of Stones is the outstanding song on the new album, and Take a Breath is a good rocker. This Heaven was a tune I hadn't really liked before, but it was really good live.

There's a one-hour edit of the DVD of this excellent concert on BBC1 tonight. (11:00 pm or 11:50 pm where I am).

One of rock's greatest guitar players.
