channel 5 execs met the day before the announcement think it was around 4ish after they got wind about c4, the day before that all the notices went out to (tickets and press) some tickets even now have the 17th as the launch date.

it was to late to warn them, but channel 5 had to make the change to the 18th they wanted the launch night to have good figures.

If they did have to suddenly change launch date the billboards should have been pulled and reissued.

Channel 4 always did billboards for every series until BB7. Then CBB5 happened and BB died.

I know they did how i was ment to put it was that when bb really needed great advertising when it was failing, they never did it (bb8 bb9 bb10) they only botherd too when the show had already been axed. x

I think its to do with the OK! TV special. Channel 5 wouldn't be silly enough to make an error like this.

Anyway, it's not like people are actually going to see a billboard and be like NEED to watch this show! :/
