Has anyone noticed that the staircase is connected to the rest of the house which means that the housemates will hear every crowd reaction for each evicted housemate? I think this is an AMAZING touch to the house, why did they every make it seperate so housemates couldnt hear anyway? Once they've been evicted thats it, so it doesnt matter if the housemates know if they were booed or not.

Um yes it does. No contact with the outside world is about not knowing what the public are thinking its the whole concept of big brother.
Hopefully there are two sound proof doors though so it closes on one side before opening the other one.

I think there's double doors at the top of the stairs.

There's two doors - it's near enough sound proof.
Which sucks.

I don't like it.
I loved how in BB10 they had NO idea how anyone was percieved.

I love when the HMs hear the crowd reactions - its the only glimpse of how they are being portrayed and gets them all paranoid.

I prefer it cause if some erse of a HM I don't like gets an awful reception and they hear it, the expression on their face is priceless.

What Jordy said.
I'm just glad that when Brian talks to the house - the HMs will hear the chanting and booing :D
Their faces are amazing.

I'd agree with this if it was still like BB7, but last year it was ****, anyone that wasn't John James, Josie or Steve got boo'd. :bored:

Who cares if they hear booing? It's pretty obvious that they are the most hated HM by the fact they've been chosen to be evicted!

I loved it when Grace in BB7 heard the chants.
She was annoyed all week and it was really funny how all the housemates knew what they'd said but when she asked they were like "ahh nah, everyone loves you."

I like the housemates to get a incline of how loved and how hated the housemates are when they leave the house.
The first eviction I ever watched was Jade's in the BB3 final. The housemates were all like, 'Awww'
Its nice :)
Yep, well in BB1 and 2 they used to crowd around the door to get listening to what was happening, BB3... they could hear it coming down the stairs. Its always been the one time when " No contact with the outside " was broken, and Ive always wanted it to go back to being that way :)
So i agree with you, its nice.

Get over it.
The BB housemates used to ****ing jump outside the house in series 1 and 2 and in series 3 had the same kind of set up as we have now.
Wasnt BB3 watched by 10 million people?
Yes thats right :)
It will all work out
Ive nothing to get over Mr Lewis :p I was clearly PRO that happening :p
