Went off X factor years ago ,Lots of good singers passed over as they didnt have a good enough sob story ,too predictable now its got boring
also the producers are gonna make sure that only single people make the live shows so they hook up :/

This is ridiculous. BB doesn't stand a chance anymore. :(

So basically you wont be voting whoes the better vocalist or entertainer or a bit of both, you will be voting on whoes more likeable in the house LOL.
X factor has become a joke, although I dont why im surprised, they kept Katie in over Aiden last year enough said.

I have never watched xfactor but it actually looks promising and lets face it it cannot be any worse at least ITV have money to spend on a quality production BB is over and it will be for good this time.

Thank You!
I'm not the only one now, I'm fed up with them thinking they have some ******ing grip on the public.
I'd love it if IAC and BB just did amazing and they failed - it'd show that Reality TV is back and talent show's can just ****** off.

I wish X-Factor would fail but its just not going to happen. The british public are far to brainwashed into watching these rubbish shows. Big Brother was Britain's original reality show but the public has been trained to hate it.
I bet BB will get bad press still but X-Factor live feed will be seen as 'revolutionary' or some bs like that.

WTF are you talking about?!?!
Have you seen how much cash Channel 5 have put into Big Brother this year?
They have run adverts accross ITV, ITV2, CHANNEL4, E4, VIVA, SKY 1, SKY SPORTS, COMEDY CENTRAL, DAVE, CHALLENGE TV And billboards all over the country.
The house is the best in years...Possibly the best ever.
The setup outside is epic aswell....The stage is the best weve ever seen.
Channel 5 have the cash and i dont think they will dissapoint.

if x factor fails this year and a fail would be
anything lower than 6.5 is super super low compared to 9.5-12+million

i agree, it is the best, the only thing that could make this seem just so great would be live feed, a red button on channel 5 24/7
This would just make me JIZZ IN MA PANTS!

I personally don't think this would happen in X Factor because of the under age contestants and I was watching OK!TV tonight as well and heard them say about the live feed and just thought "OH ****!"

I would take them to court and win because its just copying off other shows and isn't very original :)

I have never watched xfactor bu.t can you imagine if they streamed live feed from four houses is it? Giving viewers a choice of which house to watch which room and all fillied with desperate wannabes. BB would be finished for good.

BB should have copywrited the idea. They haven't so they cant take them to court though unfortunately.

I have never watched it just a guess because of the mentoring thing thats been mentioned and four judges. I do now wonder if ITV didnt go after BB as they were lookng for a way to use the format to some extent without having to pay for it.

The X Factor peaked at 19.4m viewers last year, sadly it's not going anywhere anytime soon!
Besides, BBC has bought The Voice. :p

just to add theyve also advertised on sky living and FX
The best you could hope for is copyrighting the entire format including the concept of the diary room, nominations and evictions etc. Does anyone honestly think you could copyright the idea of filming people in a house?
EON/MGM can copyright the name and likeness of James Bond. Not the idea of an action movie.

XF can go and **** themselves. It's so tedious I lose interest in it after 5 minutes

We don't need this, they are hardly ever in the house anyway.

I remember suggesting it last year - that XF should have live feed but it was because Cher, Wagner, Katie etc were all far more entertaining and interesting than the BB11 Bunch were.
But it can ****** off now.
