IMO the most powerful thing people can do Is turn the two things they have.
Twitter and Facebook

Just unlike them on Fb dont follow on Twitter.They have used these two mediums as the way forward for the show making out everyone is slavering for them.let the numbers do the talking because emails/tweets/phonecalls mean nothing to them.
