I just had stake for dinner and it got me thinking, how do you like your steak cooked? I mean my Mum cooked mine in the same way she likes hers (rare) and I hated it. I could actually taste the blood. It was gross.

In contrast my Dad always cooks his steak well done which I also hate cause its like eating a scrap of leather. I guess I like mine medium rare, then. :laugh:

When I was eating mine earlier, it had that horrible metal-ish sort of taste blood has. I was eating it with teriyaki sauce though so it helped to mask it thank God lmao.

I apologise, but anyone who has a prime cut of steak well done has just ruined a good piece of meat.

Medium and less cooked is acceptable but as rare as possible without being raw is preferable.
