There's more talk of walking this year. The HMs are far more savvy than previous HMs. Is that because they are younger, or because BB format is getting tired now?

Maybe they should make then sign a contract binding them to stay in.

He won't walk. It was a moment of psychological weakness and he was just portraying it to BB. He has too many mates in the house to perk him up and he is not consistently talking of leaving, nor showing the body language. He is just not unstable enough to leave.
But I want him to go, so another more original and likeable housemate takes his place.
