My thoughts watching the show were: Wow they really spent some money on the stage. The production values and house looked amazing.

Then the "celebrites" came. And after tabloid made Kerry and 10 years past her prime Tara came out the starpower went into the core of the Earth. The wife of who? A guy who TAKES PICTURES of the celebrities????

However, I do like the personalities. I think this will be a great Big Brother, but not because of its fame factor, as many predicted. We will get drama and fun from all the wacky drugged up z listers. But that's the fun of it. For me this is good BB if not good Celeb BB if you get what I mean.

All I can say is that I can't wait for the real deal. Then we will truly see if BB has the power to rise of the dead on c5. The celeb versions generally suck as a rule anyway. Unless one or two have a bizarro moment or a breakdown (swap Ulrika for Kerry.)

My final thoughts are that it felt very much like the c4 version. Same music, same voice over, same style of production. This had come home feel to it but I think they should of shaken it up more. For a start lets get rid of the nominations rule, then we can see it all kick off. It's worked for the US version afterall. But I digress. We will see. The familair tone may be either a bleissing or a curse. We will see.
