The are bound to be lower than last nights ratings. It will interesting how they hold out through out the show rather than comparing the first night with the second.

The one thing we are all going to have to remember is Channel 5 doesn't have the pulling power of Channel 4 so making direct comparisons is always going to be hard. The expectations of what makes a good size audience is different between the two channels. What is good of Channel 4 would be brilliant of Channel 5.

Hopefully tommorrow night will pick up without it being a live show and repeats of last night taking up 25% of tonights show...

With all this cheesy rubbish thrown in and the whole show being made into a gimmick/parody of itself the ratings are bound to plummet. This series is catered for the young ones. But the ratings will be high enough for Channel 5 so it doesn't even matter because they will air this mess and run it into the ground further as time goes on.

I think Channel 5 would be more than happy with figurers like that. When you look at the run of the whole show that would probably make them a nice profit.

The launch already gave them their highest ever audience for a show, right?

For them, I think anything anything 1.5-2.5 average is pretty good.

Apparently the launch was there third highest rating show. i've got no source i was talking to somebody on twitter who said the other two shows were some film and a football match!

Maybe they should have more 'Be the Diva' contests, more pop hits from 2007, make them play 'flamboyant queen of the week', give them access to their mobile phones, bring in their boyfriends and girlfriends and encourage them to showmance more... and finally more rainbow-coloured catwalks with even MORE lasers!!!
