I am actually enjoying this new style

Just finished watching tonights episode. I was expecting it to be horrible based on what some people here on saying.

But geez, what's all the fuss about? I didn't feel it was over-edited at all, and bits of the editing made the show feel more lively in my opinion. Marcus wasn't that bad either.

I am very much enjoying this series so far, it feels really fresh. I feel sorry to those who aren't enjoying it but maybe it will grow on you.

There is no way anyone can claim this is rightfully named. If they were going to screw BB this bad they should have just changed the name. Big Brother doesn't make sense for this programme anymore.

It was ok once it calmed down in the middle. Trouble is it didn't stay that way.

Well then no. As long as Channel 5 air CBB/BB in this style I doubt I will stop complaining until it drives me so crazy I can no longer even bother. Which is likely to be the 3rd day of BB12.

Clearly TV audiences have changed and the producers are merely dumbing things down because it is the only way to reach that audience. Tv can no longer be thought provoking or have anything too complicated because it doesnt get the ratings anymore and ratings are all that matters to the comercial companies who have to convince advertisers that they can pull in the customers.

I think it will appeal to a lot of the younger audience. It's very modern, very up to date.

I personally preferred the days of BB1 - 5, I hardly watched the later BBs on C4. However I quite like this new style.

I watched the ep online then, people are just looking for stuff to complain about, I enjoyed it, and it looked like they tried to give screen time to everyone, rather than making it all about just one or two people

I agree :) They played to much background music but if they could use that only when needed then it would be better ;)

I loved it. I do feel they overdo it with the music every now and then but other than that I have no problem with the new style.

i love all the changes! embrace the change the show needs to move on! i think if any thing they need to edit it more! the show hasn't got that boring feel to it any more and seems to go faster which as a whole is more entertaining...standard!

People need to get over what the show was originally. That was over 10 years ago. It wasn't ever really a serious social experiment...just a new concept in reality TV shows.

And the fact this is a z-list celebrity version makes the idea of a social experiment even more laughable. Really, its just another tacky TV show.

Im not excited by the show so far. Mostly because I dont care for half the cast. Thinking back to some of the past casts I find it astonishing anybody can say this is the best cast ever. No surprise, its usually teeny Jedward fans saying that.
