The over editing, the music, the names popping up made me so p*****d off! I was annoyed to the fact that i couldn't watch them and see what they where chatting about as loads of editing and music was thrown in! And the names popping up annoyed me! It was all so cheesy! and i didn't enjoy, i am such a massive big brother fan or (was). The over editing only suits BBUSA as its a game show! But BBUK is more about who the public love or hate, but with the editing and music you cannot get to know them, loads of my friends have said they cant watch anymore, as it was like MTV chart show or something, over the next few days the views are going to drop and drop to about 1M, i'm sorry but what are the producers thinking!? They have ruined Big Brother and turned it into Townie or something of The Real World!

but the names on screen didn't bother me and actually gave me an idea for a future BB

send them in the house with no intro and no crowd acting all **** like

then their name pops up on screen to tell us who they are

done the right way i think it would be really cool way to introduce the HMs

I think the new era of BB is aload of rubbish, if we wanted a show like the so called BB we got now, we would watch The Real World

I do find the new editing irritating. Maybe its a resistance to change. Problem is editing can make or break a program.......It's a reality show and CH5 needs a reality check.......Or it may be doomed once the novelty of seeing it on another channel has worn off.......

I agree with everything you have said, the editing is amateurish. Even if they editing was better is would still be a improvement. The worst editing is on BOTS ... it is udder crap.
I was a bit happier with today's episode because it did show some of what was happening I the house but the name tags and flash backs feel like they are catering to children. I don't even mind when they chop up the tasks a bit and what not to show the highlights since there can be a lot of down time during tasks. I understand they are going for the "casual viewer" audience but that is not what BB is about.

One of the main things I miss is the little quips from Marcus saying a housemate is say "in the bathroom" and it is just a HM looking at themselves in the mirror or fixing their hair or something random then it cuts back to the rest of the house. It was the random dry humor that reminded you that you are watching people who don't really think they are being watched.
