Heres Fridays figures
Channel 4's lineup suffered, as 8 Out of 10 Cats and Chris Moyles' Quiz Night took 1.12m (5.1%) at 9pm (+1: 281k) and 958k (4.7%) at 9.45pm (+1: 276k).
Overall, ITV1 predictably led primetime with 19.4% (+1: 0.5%) against BBC One's 19.2%. Channel 5 claimed third place with 8.4%, ahead of BBC Two's 6.9% and Channel 4's 5% (0.8%).

They've had to put movies up against BB: Thursday (Launch), Saturday (Last night), Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Launch night
Overall, ITV1 led primetime with 18.1% (+1: 0.5%), beating BBC One's 17.6%. In third place, Channel 5 captured 11.9%, its best primetime share since 2000, while Channel 4 and BBC Two had 5.8% (+1: 0.9%) and 5.4%

Heheh exactly right. Some people need to realize its not a series of sprint but a marathon with these people.
For all you know.. C4 is more than happy to let 5 blow it entire wad on this things.
Meanwhile it runs it lesser expenses during 'launches' and waits and wait to stomp 5's BB at the end of the season.
Not predicting it. Just saying.. see bobnot's quote heh

Channel 4 made one mistake, they thought they owned BB, they beleived,especially after winding the series down and the big finsish to it last year they had made sure it couldn't go anwhere else.
Channel 4 failed BB supporters,its viewers and in the end have maybe shot themsleves in the foot on this one
The reason I say that is after talking to a lot of people I know and hearing what people are saying to them,there is a growing number of people who are watching CBB on Channel 5 but who are also now saying they didn't realise the other good programmes Channel 5 had either.
It's been three days AND it's the celeb series, which always rates higher.
If BB is still pulling 3m come November I'd be very surprised.

I'd say that probably Channel4 are laughing up their sleeves at the fiasco that is CBB on 5!!
