New Toy Story film Announced

No feature film has been announced by Pixar. Tom Hanks hinted at a fouth instalment months ago but nothing has really come of it.

The link posted mentions another short film to accompany an upcoming film just like the Hawaiian Holiday short before Cars 2 (which, by the way, was hilarious! Way better than the 90 minutes of tripe that followed)

IMDb has a page for Toy Story 4 and states that it'll be released in 2015, but this would not be the first premature page to be made and subsequently taken down by them.

I'm all in favour of another film though! I hope it does happen.

I rewatched the third last night. I really hope there isn't another one, the third was the perfect closure.

The third was perfect to finish it off even though it wasn't needed. If they do another one I will lose respect for the whole franchise.

I’m not so sure. I thought the third was the perfect ending to the series but the Hawaiian short made me realise how much life is still left in the story. It’s very easy to be critical/sceptical at this stage. Many people were unsure about the third but it turned out to be the best of the lot (the best animated film of all time as far as I’m concerned!)

I hope there isn't a new film, I thought the last one was a perfect ending and I don't want the series to be ruined by endless spinoffs/sequels which aren't needed. Of course if they end up amazing then great, but i'm not too sure on this.

This will just kill off the whole franchise. The last one had closure, there's no need for another one.
