I had the same problem, even if you re-tune, it doesn't come on, get Freesat, if you already have a Sky box and have a satellite dish installed or just a satellite dish, then all you need is a Freesat box and then you can get Channel 5 on it and a lot more other channels. Well that was what I did anyway.. ;)
