Its probably your computer causing it.

Site stores cookies on your computer, if security settings on your browser have been changed newer cookies wont be overwriting the older permission to view cookie.

If you have an older computer and browser and the memory cache your browser is using is almost full again cookies ownt be over written. Use the tools options and clear cookies temp internet files and browsing history every now and again.

When you go to log back in next time make sure remember me box is ticked on the log in screen

May be teaching you to suck eggs but thems the basics, would then look at doing a full security sweep of your computer with anti malware program,
