This is why you're confusing - you've stated you haven't even tried to watch BB this year thus you only base your opinion on what other people have posted rather than what you've witnessed and taken from it yourself. That's exactly the same narrow-minded attitude that got BB killed in the first place. It's always had its haters who never undertood the appeal of the show even though they hadn't given it a chance and then when the race row hit the same people were too quick to judge when they didn't see the evidence for themselves and draw their own conclusions. They only jumped on the bandwagon to join in on condeming the show they already disliked

It was a class divide between Jade and Shilpa rather than a race one despite the odd comment from Jade and it was actually Danielle and Jo that were more racist than her. Jade took more brunt from it because A) she was the one who confronted Shilpa about the Oxo cube thus implying she was 'gang leader' whilst the 2 real racists simply sat and laughed because they didn't have the balls to confront Shilpa themselves, and B) Jade was BB's most successful contestant and so the haters saw her as a personification of BB, the ultimate HM, and the ensuing success. Of course she wasn't completely innocent, that she did get carried away and that her danger was that she thought she was safe but she was the perfect target for ANYONE who already had a low opinion of the show at that point

Rachel has been a bit flat this series. Jeff and Jordan I went off big time after the way the spoke to Kalia(?) when she was HoH. So arrogant...and theyre greedy bitches.

Agreed, Rachel has been a bit boring compared to last year. And I am sick of Jeff and Jordan as well, they are like the Josie of BBUS.

If Porsche (or Kalia/Dani, whoever stays) doesn't win the next HOH, I'm done with it tbh. These last two seasons have been **** compared to BB10 and BB11 which were ****ing amazing. Although this season is still better than last years.

Exactly. And because he and Jackiey entered as 'Jade's Family' Jade was again seen as their 'leader' when in actuality Jack, Jo and Danielle were the worst of the bunch, Jackiey was just foolish and Jade was the easiest to single out because of her associations with all of the rest, for confronting Shilpa head-on and because she was seen as the star of the show by the haters

Jade wasn't perfect, she was indeed hot headed and at times smug (like her treatment of Sophie during BB3) but my initial point remains that it's this silly little attitude of people not having their own opinions that distorts the reality of what's actually there. Back in 2007 the haters, politicians and non-viewers were lead to believe it was indeed a race row lead by Jade when it was more complicated than that. And whilst nothign as major as the race row is taking place right here we have Suze openly stating they think they have a good grasp on the current series based on what they're reading from other people rather than viewing it and interpreting it for themself. They're not watching the show so therefore they can't challenge or honestly agree with what other forum members are discussing if they haven't been able to see it for themself and make their own assesments

Of course you can express your opinion, but nearly all of CharlieO's posts are negative and it just brings the mood of the forum down. If he hates so much of this year's BB, fine post about it once or twice but continuially bringing it up just comes accross as wingy and to be honest it's not really appropriate for a BB fansite.

It's just Big Brother and it has changed and moved on from what it was. That is what happens to television shows. You either move with it or get left behind. It is sad that you feel this way but that is what happens to TV shows.

There's a difference between seeing an hour long HL edit and not watching at all. At least with the HL show edit you can discuss what's actually being presented to you by the producers rather than cynical reporters

At least TRW has been watching the show up until now but if we're honest he's been chatting shjhjdht about the show for a while so clearly he's unhappy with BB and thinks it's been run in to the ground

Tbh it's quite ridiculous that you'd not watch this series because of 2 out of the 11 people in the house and esp because you were put off by the rumoured line-up when as we all know despite all the claims that some names are 'confirmed' they never actually are until the launch itself.
