Welcome to Big Brother - Back to Basics. Big Brother will run for 64 Days (9 Weeks). The House is based in Elstree and Brian Dowling is Host.

Format
12 Housemates will live inside The Big Brother House for 64 Days with no contact with the outside world. They will live in complete confinement with only Big Brother to talk to. Each Week, Housemates will be required to compete in a Shopping Task to win a budget for the weeks shopping. They will also be required to Nominate two Housemates to be Evicted from the House. There will be an eviction each week until only 4 Housemates remain on the Final.

Housemates will not be allowed to read, Write, speak in code or talk directly to a camera alone. They will not be able to shout things over the Garden Walls or try and communicate. The Diary Room is the only place were Housemates will be allowed to discuss the Outside world with Big Brother. Discussing Nominations is not allowed inside the Big Brother House.

Every Sunday, Housemates are required to Nominate two fellow Housemates to put up for Eviction. The Housemates with the most Nominations will be put up for Eviction.

On Friday Nights, One Housemate will be evicted live from the House by Brian Dowling. Housemates will be told who has been Evicted half an hour before they leave the House. The evicted Housemate will half Half Hour to Say goodbye and pack their bag.

After Half an hour, the Evicted Housemate will receive one more minute to say goodbye and make their way up the stairs to the front door. The Housemate will be evicted and Interviewed. In a small twist to Evictions, The Evicted Housemate will need to Nominate one Housemate to Eviction, Whoever is nominated will receive double Nomination points.

Audition Process
Auditions will take place in November and December 2011 and January 2012. They Will be held in major cities across the UK

- Manchester
- Cardiff
- Edinburgh
- Llanduno (Wales)
- Liverpool

House Layout
The House is smaller than ever before with more cramped spaces and more cameras. The Bedroom is the biggest room in the House. 12 Housemates enter on Launch Night but that does not guarantee there won't be any twists..

If your sticking with the Elstree compound I think you need to re-evaluate the dimensions of your floorplan. The garden on yours would be inside if that was the real building.

The Big Brother House
Exterior Set-Up
The Exterior Set-Up is different to previous Years. There are five stands for People to sit on with 80 seats each. Meaning they can fit 400 people on the stands. On the Floor, standing there is space for a further 400+ People. (Maximum 850 People).

The Stage is a circle podium connected to the Main stairs with a short walk to the Main Stage. The Housemates will come through a Circle entrance onto the stairs and into the House. (The Entire set-up is inspired by Big Brother 2011)

No problem ;) Ireland isn't in the UK so it's fair enough that it wouldn't be included in auditions, but remember Belfast is part of the UK and we can get C5 in Northern Ireland. I look forward to moar!!

I really like the outside of the house Jarrod, it looks much more professional than your other ones, and I like the originality of the project :)

But I couldn't help to laugh at the auditions in Llandudno - I've been there before and there's hardly anything there :laugh:

The Entrance Stairs
The Stairs are bigger and more luxurious than ever with a Stone wall covering and soft carpet with lots of lights. The Stairs turn off at the bottom to the front door of the House. The ceiling of the stairs is a mirror to confuse the Housemates. At the Bottom of the stairs there is no looking in a mirror before you enter..

The New Eye
With a little twist on the original template, i reveal the new Big Brother Logo. The Logo has gone for a spiky theme with Red, Black and Blue colours. The Eye fits in with a tougher Big Brother and a more twisted Big Brother. There are two different variation but only one is the main Logo.

The Living Area
As soon as Housemates enter the Living Area they are greeted by a curved wall with a stone pattern which is right next to the Sofas and Plasma Screen. There are four black sofas with two black Egg Chairs. There is a silver coffee table in the middle of the sofas. The Plasma Screen is on the wall facing the Garden.

The Kitchen
NOTE - The Roof has gone all weird during rendering. Very Sorry just ignore it aha.

The Kitchen is just to the left of the Entrance Door as soon as you enter the House. The floor is tiled with black tiles as well as the wall. The Store Room is in the Kitchen and the entrance to the Diary Room is too. The Kitchen has three dining tables with six chairs. There is plenty of storage and preparing space. The Bedroom is through the Kitchen.
Again ignore the Roof no idea what has happened

Bedroom
The Bedroom entrance is inside the Kitchen. The Bedroom has 17 single beds all of which are joined together. The walls are covered in a blue wallpaper which is made to make Housemates feel uneasy. There is a sofa set in the centre of the Bedroom for Housemates to sit and talk together, as well as a wall of Wardrobes for Housemates clothes. There is also a toilet in the Bedroom.

I like it :) and the reason the roof is being wierd is because your using a tresperant matherial (that glass tile matherial) if you change it to a opaque matherial it will be ok :)

The Bathroom
The Bathroom is the smallest Bathroom to date. There is a sink, Double shower for two Housemates, a Toilet and a small seating bench. The Room is covered in black tiles. The Garden can be accessed via the Bathroom.

The Garden and Secondary Living Space
The Garden is the smallest garden the Big Brother House has seen in a long time. It features a Smoking Bench (Red and White bench) a Pool area for Housemates, a raised decking area, deck chairs and a Secondary Lounge area. The Second Lounge is to be used as the poor Housemates Lounge, but will be used throughout the Series.

The House is currently being renovated for Celebrity Big Brother 2012. The Celebrity House will not be extended and will be as small as it is now. Maybe smaller.
FACTS
- The Diary Room won't change
- The Garden will change more than any other room
- The Exterior of the House will NOT Feature a Interview stage. They will be conducted inside.
- Crowd Area for Evictions will be the same.
- A Twist for Celebrity Big Brother is planned.

The Diary Room

The Diary Room has gone through THREE Changes before i decided on this. (If you would like to see the original DR Please let me know) The Diary Room features a long black corridor leading to the Diary Room from the Main House. The Diary Room can be seen below..

The Diary Room is covered in a Blue and Pink wallpaper with a raised platform which has the Chair. The Chair is a big bubble chair with a red padded seat, with a white and black frame. It is held up from the floor by a pole in the raised platform.

Finale Stage and Celebrity Big Brother Exterior
Finale
The Finale Set-Up is similar to the regular exterior. However the stage has been extended. A Red Carpet has been fitted. The Stage now has a raised platform with two red chairs and screens. The Big circle on the wall of the stage has gone and been replaced with a square screen.

Celebrity
Celebrity Big Brother's exterior set-up is almost the same. The Long stage is still present from the Final of Big Brother. However instead of the big stage, a big platform at the end is present. The House has been covered in a green colour to fit in with the eye.

Evil Twists
I've been looking through the back catalogue of Big Brother under 'Evil Twists..'


Week 1 - Evil Twists
When Big Brother closes the doors on the Housemates on Launch Night, the phone lines open for the public to choose a Housemate to be Evicted. The Lines close on Friday night and the first Housemate will be evicted.

Week Three - The Hotel
On Fridays Eviction, There will be a Double Eviction. But they will be moving in to the Big Brother Hotel. Big Brother will introduce four new Housemates to the House, but they must live in the Big Brother Hotel with the 'evicted' Housemates. Before the Housemates can move into the Main House, they must compete in Tasks. One Housemate must be behind the hotel desk at all times. If not they will fail half of their task. They must compete in tasks before Friday Comes. If the Housemates passed, they will all move into the House, if they fail, Housemates in the Main House will have to choose three Housemates to enter the House.

Week Six - Split of the House
On Saturday, Housemates will be split up and will fight for Power and Head of House. If a Housemate wins Head of House, they will make every decision in the House, including the Shopping list, Double points on Nominations, Task decisions and also the Rich and Poor side.

The House will be split into a Rich and Poor side. The Poor side will need to take orders from the Rich side and share a small Shower and Toilet room, a Sofa outside, Half of the Bedroom and non of the Kitchen. They will not be able to Nominate. The rich side will have access to the entire House, Will be allowed to Nominate, and will not have to cook anything.

I think the one you posted originally is the best, the top one is a bit too basic and the second one is a bit of an eye-ache IMO! Good ideas though :)

The second DR concept is quite interesting. I don't like the first one though.

I also like the eviction twist in the first week and the hotel could potentially make great viewing. The rich/poor house fling is old now tho. It's been done in BB3, BB9 & CBB5. Why not just make everyone's lives hell? Although personally I think BB needs to move on from the evil years and just let the housemates have a good time. The entertainment will soon flow.

That's the end of this Project! And i think it's fair to say it's better than my previous projects. I can tell you, the House has been completely gutted out and i'm building a new one inside a scale version of the Elstree Compound.
