I meant in the ratings battle, fans need to tune-in to BB next Friday to prove a point to Channel 4.

Is Million-Pound-Drop a big hit in the UK? I tried to watch it once, but the contestants and the questions were sooo retarded, it drove me crazy. I don't know how anyone can like it, it's even worse than deal or no deal.

Uh, quite the opposite actually. C5 have been ****ting on C4's ratings with BB.

You know if Davina ever got the ich again I'd love to see her as a celebrity housemate. That way she wouldn't have to go back on her goodbye as a host and still get to be a part of the new show.
Probally wouldn't happen though as Channel 4 would probally fire her for it.

I'd hate Davina to do CBB, mainly because she'd win as soon as she enters the house, even with a bunch of A-list she'd win.

Oh FFS how are they?
Their ratings have been on top of Channel 4's for a couple of weeks now.

C5 executives are apparently delighted with the ratings, according to reports I've read. :)

Which makes it all the more infuriating that they are so opposed to giving us Live Feed!! Imagine how chuffed they would be with the even higher ratings they would get then:conf:

Sorry Kate but that's nonsense. How many of you would actually watch the main show if you saw all the action in full on the feed. If anything it would lower the ratings.

Well that's complete rubbish, their ratings are great.
I think the ratings on fridays might lower slightly but, honestly, I don't think it will matter too much. I think those who genuinely like Big Brother and really do want to see who is evicted next will keep watching it. I can't see the ratings for BB dropping any lower than around 2m.

Out of all the people I know, only 4 watch million pound drop,I don't watch it either.
So I guess those who watch BB will be staying with it.
It's also an eviction night one too so my guess would be million pound drop will be recorded by those who want to watch it and they will see the 'live' eviction of CBB first.
Channel 5s ratings are good for CBB,really good, far better than most on here even expected, those viewers are not going to miss the prime event of the 'live' eviction as it occurs for a quiz programme.

Is it just me or do alot of the staff on here have utter invalid/rubbish opinions lately?
Its not failing its a massive success for Channel 5.
We all thought it would be getting about 1.5 million and its double that.

Maybe they think your opinions are invalid/rubbish too, why should they change the opinion they have of something just to make you happy?
It's been said countless times before, not everyone is going to think BB on Channel 5 is amazing, if you can't deal with any negative comments about it at all then a forum really isn't the best place for you to be.

Well that was a mature response
I didnt say that i want everyone to please me but the TIBB member of staff in question stated a fact that it was failing badly and looking at the ratings it clearly isnt.
My point was they seemed very out of touch with what is actually going on with the show hence me saying "rubbish" opinion.
That ok with you ?
