What has been you favourite death in the Final Destination series?

FD 1

Tod: Hanging in shower
Terry: Being hit by a bus
Ms Lewton: Unfortunate series of accidents in house, which eventually blows up
Billy: Being killed when a piece of shrapnel
Carter: Hit by a swinging neon sign

FD 2
Evan: Impaled through the eye by falling ladder
Tim: Crushed to death by a falling pane of glass
Nora: Decapitated by lift doors
Kat: Impaled through the head the an air bag in the car comes out
Rory: Cut to pieces by flying barbed-wire
Eugene/Clear: Oxygen tank blows up
Brian: Blown up when BBQ explodes

FD 3
Ashley/Ashlyn: Killed when locked in sun beds
Frankie: Head sliced by engine at drive thru
Lewis: Head crushed by falling weights
Erin: Shot repeatedly through the head with a nail gun
Perry: Impailed by flying flagpole
Ian: Bisected by falling malfunction cherry-picker
Julie: Hit by train wheel
Kevin: Smashed between subway and tunnel wall, flung off back of subway, hit by second train
Wendy: Hit by train

FD 4
Nadia: Killed by flying tyre (head/upper body obliterated)
Carter: Killed when his truck drags him along the road, catching him on fire and then blowing up
Samantha: Shot through the eye by flying rock after going to the salon
Andy: Chest diced by chain like fence when a cannister of CO2 hits him
Hunt: Organs sucked out by pool drain
Jonathon: Crushed by falling overflowing bathtub in hospital
George: Hit by ambulance
Lori: Hit by truck at the end
Janet: Hit by truck at the end
Nick: Hit by truck at the end

Candice: Mangled after freak accident on uneven bars
Isaac: Impaled by acupuncture needles, head then crushed by falling statue
Olivia: Eye/hand burned by eye-lazer surgery then falling out of a window and landing on a car
Roy: Fell, impaled through head on large hook
Dennis: Wrench flies through eyes into skull
Jim: Shot in back 3 times by handgun
Peter: Impaled through back by cooking skewer
Molly: Fell out of plane, hits plane wing
Sam: Incinerated in airplane explosion
Nathan: Crushed by plane debris

Far too much effort went into this thread.

It's also worth mentioning that the 2 survivors from Final Destination 2; Kimberley and Thomas (premonition girl and police officer) both die in a wood chipping accident. It's not shown but it is mentioned in a later film. Also the guy from FD1 gets killed by a falling brick, it's mentioned in FD2.

Tim in FD2. The falling pane of glass death is the one I always think of first. :worship:
Ms Lewton in FD1 is one of the best played out deaths as well.
The sunbeds in FD3 are an epic way to die too.

Havnt seen FD5 yet...

1. Ashley/Ashlyn - FD3 (all the 'unfortunate' developments were bang on)
2. Hunt - FD4 (the build-up between him or Janet being killed was brilliant)
3. Evan - FD2 (shock factor :o)
4. Candice - FD5 (seen the clip, avoiding the pin was tense but how she died was the lulz)
5. Nora - FD2 (she is so stoopid it actually makes me mad)

The graphics for Lori/Janet/Nick's death when they were killed by a truck at the end of FD4 were really good.


Best Tradegy: 2 > 3 > 1 > 4

These films (apart from the 4th) are brilliant, i need to see the 5th. The best opening sequence fir me is the rollercoaster followed by the pile up. The best death was the sunbed one. It was the perfect death, from the ironic Ohio Players song to the way the shelf slots in :D

The fifth had the highest praise/second highest gross, they seemed to get their **** together after the fourth entry

2: Nora and the Elevator
3: "There is someone" The Tanning Bed is second
4: Heat Seeking Tire, nothing else can put a candle up to this death
5: Haven't Really Seen this one but I know how it ends.

The deaths in the first one were so elaborate. The Teacher's death was hilarious given how many ways Death made sure that she was dead, Knife through the chest and then blowiing the house up.
