Yay(ish) if I'm forced to make a choice. The series might be duller without them. For some the cuteness factor may be more important, for other the fact they are an irritant to other HMs is useful.

Who the hell wants to see the likes of nutjobs Pamela, Tara and Kerry squawking and stuttering through an uneventful show? For some Lucien might be eye-candy but he's an inarticulate bore too, along with Paddy. Bobby, possibly eye-candy, is a nonentity who shouldn't even be there.

Yay, obviously for me because I like them,I can see the bad side of their antics and I can also see the good side of the lads themselves.

Sadly and unfairly most of the nay brigade likely even without watching most of the time,just slam all they do and personally insult them as if all they did ever was bad and wrong.
That's not a fair or very balanced view but then in truth I guess mine isn't either because I am biased towards them anyway.
