Imogen Thomas is reportedly being lined up to star in a female version of Channel 5's The Bachelor.

The model was rumoured to have landed her own reality series following claims that she'd had an affair with married footballer Ryan Giggs.

However, she will now search for love on Channel 5's UK version of The Bachelorette, according to the Daily Star.

A source said: "Imogen has what it takes to become one of our biggest stars. She looks great and the camera loves her. It will be TV gold."

Charlotte Church's rugby player-ex Gavin Henson is currently starring in The Bachelor on the same channel.

"Gavin's show has been a huge hit and it is only natural to make a Bachelorette version," the source added.

A similar show titled Imogen Finds A Husband was previously being shopped around to the major broadcasters.

But tbf I'd rather watch Imogen Thomas than that one.

I don't like Imogen, but I would watch it, it would still be interesting (I like observing people, seeing what makes them tick). Same for the Bachelor, not a fan of Gavin, although he isn't as bad as I thought I suppose. I have enjoyed the show so far, and have a couple of favourites I think would be a good match for him. Time will tell.

It won't only be the barrel that's being scraped if there's truth in this....... few scrapes night be needed afterwards for the 'lucky man', seeing the amount of guys she's been happy to oblige!

I never watched a second of the US Bachelor or Bachelorette or the UK version for that matter but if Imogen is the bachelorette that is something I would actually watch.
